Need help to create the same effect

I'm new in three js, and today my team lead said that I need immediately make this effect we3.jam3.com/home .

I have very little time, so I will be very glad of any help

I see that effects,

for my opinion there are 2 ways to achieve this: via 3D particles or via 2D image pixelation, but i don't have any code about that.
So hope in other developers, stay in touch and if I find something useful im gonna post it here

That it can be dobe using a Sprites tecnique.

You should:

- create multiple planes with same coordinates.
- place the camera from top view
- animate x/y coordinate based on mouse movements with delay based on Z
